This year, like every year, the town of Sturgis, (a sleepy town of about 6,500 residents located in Meade County, South Dakota) will transform into a melting pot of excitement and thrill, attracting tourists with a unique motorcycle showcase and showdown.
Over the course of a weekend, this small sleepy town transforms into a thrill ride the likes of which are rarely seen elsewhere. Hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts converge on the Black Hills of South Dakota to take part in the largest biker gathering in the nation – The Sturgis Motorcycle Rally!

This year, the 71th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally Anniversary, promises to be one of the most significant gatherings to date. With a wide variety of concerts, events and things to do, the gathering offers everyone a piece of entertainment. In addition, because the rally is located in the beautiful Black Hills, one can visit any of the multiple national monuments including Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Mountain, Devil’s tower in Wyoming or travel the majestic needles highway – all within a day’s ride of Sturgis.
